I am a cat lover and in my 82 years have owned 5 cats.
3 of them have been black cats and this handsome lady, called Maisie was perhaps the most beautiful of them all.
A “Tuxedo” breed she reached the grand old age of 17 when sadly at the start of Covid she had to be put down following an accident.
In this painting I depicted her in her favourite sunny garden spot under the hydrangea and surrounded by Forget me Nots. And of course… I will never forget her!
